I live in Concord, Massachusetts with my wife. My wife is an architect, one daughter is an actress living in Brooklyn, and the other is a costume maker/designer in New Haven. I am an avid golfer and attend lots of theatre, mostly shows in which my daughters are involved.
I have been a real estate and conveyancing attorney for the mortgagee for over 30 years. Over the past fifteen years my office has handled an average of 20-25 residential real estate closing per week, the majority of which are FNMA, FHLMC or FHA qualified loans. I have also closed construction loans, participation loans, refinancings and second mortgages, all of values up to $8,000,000.00. In addition, I have handled entire condominium projects and residential subdivisions. I have acted as counsel for various financing activities for limited partnerships, corporations, joint ventures and developments through Planning Boards, Boards of Appeal and Special Permit Granting Authorities.
In addition to being a real estate lawyer, I am an authorized Agent for Old Republic Title Insurance and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Co.
I am approved closing counsel for most local and national mortgage lenders. From my office in Lexington, MA, I serve clients throughout the greater Boston area, including Lexington, Concord, Waltham, Burlington, Tewksbury, Newton, Bedford, and other communities throughout Suffolk, Norfolk, and Middlesex Counties
